We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

We offer a 2-day no-questions-asked exchange policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process an exchange of size.

Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original condition.
Any item where the exchange request is initiated more than 2 days after delivery. 
Products purchased on sale, offers or using discount codes.

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a replacement request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order. Please support all replacement requests with relevant images, for us to process this faster.

Once the product reaches us, our operations team will inspect the product and approve the exchange request. Please allow 2-3 working days for this.
